Baptista's manufactures sheeted and extruded snack products. The products are baked, low in oil, salty or sweet snacks made primarily from potatoes, corn, rice, oats or wheat. Our sheeted capability includes a line of fried dippable tortilla chips.
These snack items can simply be salted, topically seasoned with salty or sweet coatings or flavored internally with spices, flavorings or infused with visual particulates.
Our potato-based crisps come in flat and ripple potato crisp forms. These products can be salted or seasoned with traditional potato crisp favorites such as BBQ, Cheddar & Sour Cream, Sour Cream & Onion, Salt & Vinegar or any other topping you and your consumers desire.
The baked corn products include varieties of multigrain or seed chips, hybrid multigrain tortilla chip and a plain white or yellow corn based tortilla chip. These products come seasoned with an array of toppings including, but not limited to Nacho Cheese, Ranch, and Mediterranean favorites (Bruschetta, Feta & Olive).
Baptista's line of patented fried dippable snack chips include white, yellow and blue corn tortilla varieties. These corn products can come in an original salted, multigrain, ancient grain or in almost any flavor format desired.
Rice (brown and white) based chips and cracker chips are also available. These also come in multiple flavors including multigrain and multi-seed, everything, cheese and can also be topically flavored with any number of complementary seasonings.
Wheat based products include cracker chips, single and multistrand twisted bite-sized snacksticks, and in many other shapes (swirls and grids to name a few). The bases of these products can be sweet or savory. All of these can be plain (no oil or salt) or topically salted and seasoned. These products currently are offered in Rosemary & Olive Oil, Honey Mustard, Blue Cheese or Smokey Mozzarella savory seasonings and sweet flavors include Lemon, Ginger, Strawberry and Chocolate Mint. Other seasonings or flavorings are readily available too.
